In 2021, our Client took a visionary step to further enhance community engagement with the precinct by co-funding and leading the delivery of upgraded footpaths and landscaping plus a Pedestrian footbridges over Western Flat Creek linking the Village Precinct to the adjacent Homemaker Centre and Dutton Road Precinct.
As part of this initiative, a new rotunda was commissioned, creating a vibrant family-friendly breakout area that invites locals and visitors to relax, gather, and enjoy the space. The precinct has since seen increased foot traffic and greater community use, with the area now serving as the starting point for local fun runs and events.
