Elsa is a prolific commercial asset manager with 15 years of commercial property experience.
With a natural intuition for the commercial property market, Elsa’s track record is studded with success stories across Australia.
As National lease negotiator and property manager for Wendy’s Supa Sundaes, Elsa once oversaw over 210 tenancies across the Franchise network.
Following a stint with a global property agency, Elsa then turned to family-owned and managed assets, leading full redevelopments of two major metropolitan properties from the planning stage onwards.

Peter Buik brings over 40 years of experience in commercial Asset management and development, beginning with his first acquisition on Hutt Street in Adelaide’s CBD in 1990.
Since then, he has built an impressive portfolio of successful commercial ventures across South Australia.
As the founder of his own thriving firm, Peter has also established a strong track record in financial services, business finance, and taxation advisory, offering clients a comprehensive and strategic approach to managing their assets.
An active and respected member of his community, Peter serves on multiple Boards as both Treasurer and commercial advisor, contributing his expertise to a range of initiatives.
